Why is this location so slow? I count lines of 15 or more people and 3 checkouts open. The cashiers seem like they learned from turtles. Do they want people to steal? Or sit for 3 hours in line to purchase $60 worth of groceries

I have learned to Scan & Shop. It's in the app. Just make sure you go to a Self-Checkout to scan your phone. It doesn't matter how many items you've purchased. You can go to the 12 Items or Less line to check out, as long as you just grab the amount of bags you'll need and bag at your car. Keep in mind, these lines have been Debit/Credit cards only.

Try shop & scan. Similar to Kroger. Download the app, scan everything you are purchasing, go to kiosk to transfer the order to pay. You have to scan some items to verify your order. Pay, bag items, and go!

I've had the same thoughts.. sometimes, depending on the day/time they do have more lanes open. The Self scan is usually backed up too.
