We were placed in the wrong room, with our three young kids, after a 14 hour drive. We didn't have the energy then to really press about what had happened. The next morning Mildreth was very responsive, tried all she could, and finally was able to move us to a larger room - still not the one we had booked & paid for. We reached out via email to the GM and he gave me a call. He was very attentive, explained how the change had happened and apologized sincerely for the mistake. They were very gracious and made it right. The customer service was impeccable as soon as he was aware there had been a mistake. It saved the trip for our family and we are very grateful.

I was visiting from out of area and this hotel came up listed as enhanced clean, but instead I had a different experience unfortunately. Hallway had trash on the floor, entry door was sticky and everything I put my hands on such as microwave door, kitchen cabinet and even nightstand. Hand towels were not washed/cleaned thoroughly. Looks like housekeeping rushed and didn’t properly clean/disinfect the room especially during such sensitive time with Covid virus still going around.

Positive: I love that the hotel offered a kitchen and living area. I also loved that breakfast was included and that the location was in an area that was accessible to everything. Negative: I stayed at the hotel from Friday until Sunday and on Saturday there were a lot of young teenagers making a ton of noise in the hallways while I was listening to a conference virtually and that was definitely a distraction.

The atmosphere is very modern and welcoming! The room was very clean and more spacious than I had thought. The breakfast was so good and Mildred at the front desk was awesome. She was very friendly and really nice to me. I totally enjoyed my stay and definitely will be back!
