I would say that has to do with the delivery company you went through, not the restraunt. This restraunt doesn't do their own deliveries, that I'm aware of. I've never had a bad experience with this restraunt, or ever been served cold food. What app did you use? I would place a complaint with them, driver probably picked up multiple orders and made you their last stop...
The restaurant does not deliver food to addresses. You either used a delivery service or writing about a different restaurant.
I did not use an app I called the restaurant directly and their delivery was a joke.
