45 minutes to an hour is plenty of time. With only two terminals the airport is very small and security is always a breeze. I've flown out of ACV many times and it's never taken more than 20 minutes from the counter to my gate, even when checking luggage.
Check with your airline, especially if you're checking in luggage.
