Yes they have them at both entrances. There is a rental fee but it seemed reasonable. I find the back of the zoo to be an easier less congested entrance. No line and plenty of front row and handicap parking.

Yes..they are on a first come basis. Cannot reserve them. They are located before you enter the zoo across from the goft shop. Been awhile since i had to get one for my laye husband. Can't remember if there is a rental price. Think there was.
They do have some carts not sure if just for the kids or if there anything else
