I have an 86 year old client. She needs to renew her license. She walks on a walker and is not steady on her feet. Can I pick up the documents and have her fill them out and then bring her in for the picture? She uses the license for ID. Do not drive

Why doesn't she just get a state ID instead of a driver's license if she doesn't drive there's no need to go through all the driver's license stuff just get an ID

Yes you can pick up the forms ahead of time. She still has to stop at the ID check desk.
