My health issues have kept me from visiting this drive in, but I have my medical mj card and I wondered if I would be allowed to medicate from my car (as a passenger) in order to stand a chance of making it thru a movie or two? Has anyone else tried?

Pfft people smoke all the time

Their rules sheet they give specifically disallows consumption because your vehicle is a public space in the drive in, better stick to edibles as a passenger.

Yeah,it says no medical marijuana on the sheet they hand you at the ticket booth. But its a lot of weed smoking&drinking that goes on anyways

mark willobee | Jan 14, 2019

I do not know if it is allowed I do know that people do it. I think if you stay inside your car with your windows closed no one would really care. You could just call them or visit their Facebook page and send them a message.

Marijuana is strictly prohibited at the drive in. If you get caught they call the police.

If you're referring to smoking weed in a public place where there's lots of children around as well doesn't seem very much of a good thing to do.. I have been there plenty of times in there's always dozens of children running around before the movie starts... And to do things like this around them just don't seem appropriate although I know some people do as you can smell it throughout the property... I have nothing against you medicaiding Yourself but couldn't you do it Before the movie and after not have to do it on the premises

Medical marijuana is only legal to consume on your property. You're not even supposed to smoke and sit on your front porch. I recently read a legal article about it. Get some good edibles and nobody will be the wiser.

I honestly don't know. It would depend on the cars around you. Their seems to be a large amount of children present. It might not be the safest idea. The only way would be to cut the dome lights of in your car and roll the windows up. I hope this helps you.
