I'm not sure what you're asking. This theater has been open since 1999. It was renovated and they also added the MacGuffins bar and lounge. The seats are stadium style.
Wooded area. It was built to be an AMC; which has occupied the building since first constructed. AMC moved from the southeast corner of 59 and Schoenherr to this location.
