I decided to come on here and review today and noticed that I had an old review from over a year ago saying how great this place was. It was a five-star review. Well, that has all changed. What was the last straw for me was when I came to the door to go in a half an hour before closing time, and they would not let people in because they said they wanted everybody out by closing time. Well, in essence they made a new closing time, because if you can't go in for a box of cereal a half an hour before the store closes, well, in essence they made a new closing time. Not the time in the door. I just think they're way overpriced, and I have found other places to shop that want my business more. I have been shopping at Walmart since and I've had no difficulty whatsoever. Walmart has a new loyal customer. I used to be a loyal Kroger customer. I do not recommend this particular store.

I faced a hard time with an associate, she was very rude with me. Even when ask about her name, she was very rude and told me missing name which I figure out later it is lynn or I don’t know. I called the costumer services, they didn’t care about the situation. It is really bad experience .

Never had any problems there except for today when an older lady with glasses who I believe is one of the managers had an attitude with me when I tried getting cash back. I understand I made a mistake by not seeing the sign that said no cash back but I’ve had it done before and rarely have a problem with not getting cash back at self checkout and they weren’t rude about it. No reason for the manager to be like that.

The worst customer service, very slow at customer service desk, waited for 30 minutes to return one item. They always have only one employee behind that desk.
