Had lunch there on a Saturday afternoon. I eat at this chain often, but it was a first time at this location. I loved the ambiance, easy interaction with my waitress and staff, great prompt service and the food. I had cheese curd and teriyaki bone in wings. It was delicious. My Pepsi was promptly refilled.

I ordered “Nashville Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich” and this is what I got. Old soggy sandwich. The chicken was not crispy and not covered in the hot sauce. The sauce was just drizzled on and overflowing. The veggies were old and soggy. The bread was soggy. Even the fries(not pictured) were soggy. Just bad quality…

My boyfriend and his brother-in-law went to this location this afternoon and it initially was great. The food tasted good and the speed of service was efficient. They enjoyed their food, they both ordered breaded chicken sandwiches, after finishing their meal, both of them felt super sick to the stomach and my boyfriends brother-in-law actually ended up throwing up. I'm not sure if the chicken was undercooked or what but they plan on never stepping foot in that establishment again.
