I know different counties DON'T allow parrots/rabbits/snakes...to be sold at pet shops. I dont remember if I saw Parrots there. But I did see cockatoo(which can be trained to talk as well) Pet smart or ...is that PetCo😓😆😆 on I think its 9 mile & gratiot sells parrots. I shop at all of em;so I CAN'T remember thee names.shaking my head
