I do not think so, but IDK
I don't pay as close attention to it as I should but over a year I assume about average of $200 per month for both gas and electric. In the summer gas can be like $50ish I think and in the winter it's closer to $100. But again, don't trust me completely because I don't track it that carefully.
Gas and electric. Water is included in the rent.
