I have been living here a lonnnngg time now. Lol! I like the area. It’s close to the police department so I feel safe. I love walking and biking the neighborhood. It’s close to everything, shopping, restaurants, Ferndale, Royal Oak, etc. They do a great job with keeping the grounds clean and random events to engage the residents.

They are rude and will say it’s your fault this happens. 3 years of this going on. Feces floating in my basement every week and I have an 8 year old daughter. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone. Don’t lease a townhome here!!!!

Nice Complex. I will refer those who are seeking a new home. My surrounding environment is clean, the neighbors are polite and it’s a family-oriented community. There’s a recreational center, swimming pool, playground, hospital, police station and places to eat, shop, and or go for entertainment. Moving to Oak Park Manor is a good choice on my behalf.
