Vendors beware! This place does not pay their bills. Did a couple of jobs for this place and they never paid. Changed their phone numbers numerous times and dont answer the phone anymore. Imagine how they treat their tenants!

1 bedroom is 780 and 2 bedrooms are 880 and they have a few 3 bedrooms for 980 don't think they are subsidized location is the corner of Coolidge Hwy and capital st. In oak park michigan

I don't, but there office is there. Not sure you'd want to live there based off what I've seen over the last year. Upkeep is horrible.
