I have lived here for 9 months and have mixed reviews. First off take into consideration this property is huge with several buildings. With that being said they keep the property very clean. Imagine having to ride around in golf carts all day to pick up trash that constantly blows due to wind or people tossing their beverages. They arent maids but do their jobs well considering. You have your occasional neighbors that werent taught to take out their trash or clean up behind themselves but they usually dont last long. The staff is very helpful and friendly, I havent encountered many issues but when contacted they respond immediately. However if it is minor i fix it myself, im just that kind of girl (replaced toilet handle, plunge sink etc..... ) lol I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE ORANGE DOORS (gives me project vibes) lmbo but the apartments are nicely renovated with just enough space, huge closets, new carpet, fake hardwood floors (the good ones) new counter tops, large bathroom, plenty storage space, new cherry wood cabinets and black appliances. I really cant complain i have paid more for less in the past. Some of it is patch work like the new glazed tub (looks like regular paint) that is already peeling and you had to sign a consent for the tub upon moving in, there goes my security deposit. The vertical blinds wont stay put and i have gorilla glued a few of them, but i can manage. The single wall air conditioner gets nice and cold but for the price they could add ceiling fans in each bedroom, the air is a single unit that has to cool the whole apartment but works if you keep bedroom doors open. I have to be honest and say i am dreading the return of winter because the vents or pipes or something makes a very loud buzzing noise all freaking day and night. Not sure if this is happening when tenants turn on their heat but it keeps you awake at night (yes that loud) . Keep in mind you dont pay for gas but you will need DTE for electricity and you pay for water because it is added to your rent as a flat fee. That's pretty good considering the hot water never runs out and you barely have to turn on your heat because it gets hot as hell in this apartment. The hallways when you enter the building do need a good carpet cleaning or replacement they stink bad like dog urine and there needs to be more than 1 washer and dryer in each building. The weed smell that lingers in my apartment from other apartments is quite annoying but candles, plug ins and incense usually do the trick. At this point i smell weed everywhere i travel so it has become quite the norm lol. I love the blended culture, dog park, very pet friendly, pool and fitness center, playgrounds, walking trails and parks galore. I feel very safe ( state police headquarters are around the corner) for the most it is shockingly quiet outside at night. Other than occasional kids playing over my head i dont have any complaints about noise and i work from home remote. Besides we were all children at one point and these are apartments not single family homes. Overall, I am somewhat satisfied and staying here is manageable. If i had a choice I would move but not rushing to leave It could be worse. The rent is somewhat high considering the minor building updates that need to be improved and not having car sheds. At the end of the day these are not based on credit they are based on ability to pay lol at least thats what i was told, so in this case considering you get what you pay for. Good luck!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Firstly, the employees in office here are super unprofessional and careless, they do not stand on business and they also try to get as much money out of us as possible. They have been adding fees due to reasons out of our control and we even went to try and speak to the apartment owners at beztak but even they are not helpful at all. This has been the worse renting experience ever! And let’s not even start on the way this place looks on the inside of our building there is a daily stinch in the hallways, the carpet is all stained up, food wrappings and everything outside the apartment building. Please avoid moving here for your own sanity!!

Literally woke up with over 50 big and small spider bites all over my body. I let management know, I was told someone comes and sprays every Wednesday. Then one of them asked, “Is it bad”? I think it goes without saying… Now how am I continuously and CURRENTLY getting bit then!? I contacted corporate in Farmington, no response. Week 4, someone FINALLY came after I had to beg. Guy did an extremely, poor and mediocre spray job, like he had an attitude. Now I have to throw my whole mattress away. Maintenance is absolute trash, 0 value to residents. No I have NOT seen ANY improvements, I’m STILL getting bit. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

It is a serious outside and inside of apartment building cleaning problem. There is always trash in front of 25515 and in the hallways. The cleaning company has not been out in months. The trash stays around the property for DAYS. Maintenance people walk past the trash, and does not respond back to repairs unless you constantly contact their office. Immediately need to hire a cleaning company and keep up with trash around the property
