There at that Urgent Care, I can tell you that I believe they are overwhelmed, as all medical agencies! But U can trust the staff there is doing their Best! It's on the Labs to get the test done and give them the information! I understand your frustrations, alot of family's are having the same problem, I am sure, but be patient with them, they seemed to really care and want to make sure you get the correct information! I had COVID and they were so good to me and always concerned and got me through it without having to go to the hospital; where I think that the risk are minimized at the Oak Park Urgent Care! A great staff! I pray for them and their families. GOD BLESS U AND YOUR FAMILY!
