Oct1 will be 3 years since I moved in and it’s been cool for the most part. I’ll be leaving this year. Only problem I have is the rent going up every year for no reason. Everybody pay doesn’t go up Or get a bonus. At least I should get updated appliances. Make it worth it going up 40$ every year. They just put new cameras in at least they did that. wish they would have had that when someone hit my motorcycle that I had to fix with my own money by the way.
