Pool Arthritis classes have helped me significantly pre/post surgery. I am disappointed that the evening class hours have not returned to normal. This used to be available for us that have daytime jobs. Some people work and still need these classes to manage pain. Low rating is due to the hours not returning to normal. Still no response from management on my request almost 1 year later and several calls.

Unbelievable! Booked an appointment for 2 PCR tests, arrived on time, only to wait 1.5 hours to get tests done. Huffing & puffing nurse who could not take care of everyone and everything, clearly, did not help the situation. Not to mention the tests ended up costing twice as much as I expected because we are paying out of pocket and tests are required for travel, not because we are actually ill. Not a good experience overall.

PT/OT Department is great. Lots of parking and area in front for pickup and drop off. Front is all wheelchair, walker and cane friendly.

I had to come here to get some labs done for a physical. My appointment was a “walk-in,” so I showed up right when the lab opens (7:00). It was pretty much a ghost town. All the employees i interacted with were super nice and i was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Being a Beaumont location, there are a lot of safety measures in place for the ‘rona.
