I believe they're open 24 hours 6 days a week and close on Sunday evenings until Monday morning.
Sometimes they close because they run out of food or other troubles and they close Sunday from 11pm-8m Monday morning

They are 24 hours except I think they close at 10pm on Sunday and open back up Monday morning.
Not sure but I was just eating at the restaurant at 4am Saturday.
