Ms. Smith, Yes, they have the ability to perform repairs. Depending on what it is that you are want as a repair, it might be a ("that was easy") 5 minute repair, or you may be out of a computer for a day or two. As far as cost for repair(s), it will most likely depend on the extent of your issure/what is wrong/needing fixing. Your question is very open ended and has to many varibles. It would be like stating my car won't start, what is wrong and what will it cost to fix it.
