Wonderful, professional staff, they are all kind and friendly and always make sure to greet me (by name) even when they aren't the ones checking me in. They're a bit understaffed (like every establishment these days) but they work hard, fast, and stay positive while doing so. Thank you to Tori too for being so kind. This is a great place to donate!

If you're a type 2 diabetic don't waste your time. I called before I went over there and I told the lady I was a type 2 diabetic and asked her if that would be a problem and she said she couldn't answer that for me to come in and I told I didn't want to waste their time or mine. So I went and filled all the paperwork out just to be told I couldn't give plasma because I'm a diabetic

had me wait two hours and fill out multiple forms to finally tell me i can’t donate simply because i have asthma. even when i offered my doctors chart to show that the type of asthma i have will not impact a simple donation. this policy wasn’t even on the site and not to mention the staff is rude.

They are figuring out ways to improve that issue 2-3 years i have been going no complaints about this facility idk maybe its because i don't run my mouth
