My husband and I stopped on for dinner this evening and we had Mickayla as our waitress. She was phenomenal. We were so taken care of the entire time and she was one of the best servers I’ve ever had.

We got seated, no one even came to our table for 15 minutes. It was only after we said something as the waitress took the drink and food order for a table seated after us. Food was blah. Not a place to go for a cuban sandwich. My wife's fries were cold. Her sandwich was dripping grease. We try to give places a second chance. Not sure if we will. My wife usually takes care of the bill. After my wife hands the server the credit card the server hands me the bill. After the server returned with receipt to be signed she again hands me the receipt and my wife's card back to me.

I called in and placed my ordered, the lady was very kind. She informed me that it was getting busy and that it would be a 30 minute wait instead of the est. 12-15 minutes if i wouldve placed it on the website. When I got there it had been over 30 minutes so we went through the drive through and they said that my order was not ready yet and to park and wait. While I was waiting I checked to see how long it had been since I called them and it had been and hour. I then sat in the parking lot for an additional 30 minutes waiting for my food. This was my first time getting from this place and it was pretty disappointing.

Food was hot and delicious. But had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes to get utensils. Bottle beer was barely cold enough to drink.
