I visit this Cracker Barrel usually once a year, but since Covid I haven’t really been traveling. Still it never disappoints me. My Southern Fried Chicken Dinner was fresh and crispy just like I like it😋I got cheesy hash brown casserole and seasoned green beans as my sides, they were hot and flavorful. My sweet tea with no lemon was a little watered down, but everything else including the server was on point. I still will continue to patronize this restaurant.
Kesh thanks you too
First visit back after years. Mother's Day lunch. Expected crowds and a wait. Wait was about 15'mins, not bad. Got seated, ordered. Server said they were short staffed and the kitchen was behind. Okay, we talked ( our group) and waited. After an hour our server said they were out of what we ordered. By this time new diners arrived and were seated and served their orders. We inquired about the fact they ordered the same menu items we did? Server said he would check. All in all it took almost two hours to receive our order. Manager adjusted our ticket. I felt was handled to our group satisfaction. Will return. The server was very pleasant.

Part II....The brand redemption...eating tonight at a Cracker Barrel in the 757 Resort area of Williamsbug... Helped me remember why Cracker Barrel was my mom favorite but I promised Lisa at Hampton Cracker Barrel I would come back ... so see ya Soon ..Part III PART I...The experience Hampton Cracker Barrel Server very nice & pleasant and pop manager was pleasant to assist us...when we had some challenges with our meals... We got here by 8:30p and they close at 10pm...meal came at 8:52 we got our silverware at 9:00p went to eat my food and mashed potatoes and gravy were hard🤔then got half the size meatloaf of the regular size a little over cooked because they were about out... I'm not sure what was going on in the kitchen or were they just very under staffed... But as I left a very pleasant lady who checked us out named Lisa ...asked could we please give them another chance..after.. I showed her the meal and explained my food experience was not the best but explained overall the customer service of our server and general manager was pleasant... So hopefully the next time you see my Cracker Barrel In Hampton review those two ⭐️ ⭐️ will go up... STAY Tuned for Part II....

What to say about Cracker Barrel... A favorite of my family, I've been eating here for years. And while I've always loved the atmosphere and spending time browsing the gift shop after a big meal, I never cared for the food. Sure, the …Sorry to hear about the poor experience, Journi. My brother and I had lunch at the Hampton store and even though it was fairly crowded our service was prompt and the food came nice and hot.
Yes! Cracker Barrel is open during regular business hours on Thanksgiving Day and serving a traditional Thanksgiving meal beginning at 11 am. Make sure to use the Online Wait List to lessen your wait time.
They distance tables, wipe down between people, and masks are required.
The restaurant is spacing and following COVID procedures. Friendly and helpful staff.
As a server I would usually grab the coffee cup by the handle so it doesn't affect the customer with germs coming from your hands and I'd advise the staff to keep their hands clean daily like more than once as cross contaminant could cause problems here. To me I'd be funny about it too as I am with clean plates and silverware.good hygiene is important in the restaurant business and often times more than not this area gets neglected.but I'm glad you asked that question. Bc some areas citywide have news reports from the city health inspectors of restaurants in violation of the city health codes which gives the consumer insight on these problems and how to avoid them and also makes the restaurant owners more aware of these findings to do a better job in their restaurants thus giving their employees a sense of pride in their work environment. I know of such a city. Newark, Ohio. My old hometown. The Newark Advocate states it in their newspapers for locals. And online. excellent concept!!
