The representative I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. The item I wanted was in the store just as she said. The store was laid out in an orderly manner which made it easy to find the item I was looking for. The gentleman who checked me out was very kind and helpful as well.

Ms. Smith, Yes, they have the ability to perform repairs. Depending on what it is that you are want as a repair, it might be a ("that was easy") 5 minute repair, or you may be out of a computer for a day or two. As far as cost for repair(s), it will most likely depend on the extent of your issure/what is wrong/needing fixing. Your question is very open ended and has to many varibles. It would be like stating my car won't start, what is wrong and what will it cost to fix it. I encourage you to visit the store with your computer/laptop, and let them assess the extent of the issue/condition and they will give you a cost for repair(s). Respectfully, Mike
You would have to email to the store and then print a copy. Potentially they have copiers that might be able to do it for you but you will need your phone cable...potentially.

Hello Hall Chris It Depends on your Location man usually you can just Do a quick walk go to the Customer service area on your right and Let them know what you need and your time frame you need them by. As We'll be sure to ask them for there specific fax number to have on hand to save you time.
