Why was the shopping mall built. 🤔🤔

To have almost anything accessable to the public within blocks of neighborhoods in the city of West Covina and Of course the city keeping its share.

To fulfill the needs of the shopping community

Because they could

They had no other ideas Got tired of building strip malls

So people who lived here locally could have somewhere to shop but eat too and not go very far to another shopping center / mall because I'm sure that annoyed quite few people having to go somewhere far to pick up a sweater or something idk good question though.

So people can ask about why it was built!

So people can buy stuff

To shop.
