Pretty good Target. I went in today, Saturday, at around 2pm. They could have used a couple more cashiers but other than that the staff was friendly and had a great experience.

My bad experience happened here. When the gift card purchased here cannot be used I came back to ask what happened. The staff here gave me a customer service number. And emphasized that the problem was not caused by them No help at all. The first time is ok. But when I call customer service and tell me to come back to store someone will help me. But when I came back, no one helped or did anything. Only tell me to call customer service. Even though I said I had called and they brought me back here. But no one seemed to help solve my problem. Don't even listen to me explain then all staff walked away from me. Until I said to complain the staff here still do nothing. The staff here have no service mind and are not afraid of any complaints. And most importantly, you can't ask to talk to the manager.

The sales associate (Mathew) remained professional and very helpful. He offered further assistance with my large order and made the entire experience very present. The experience was so easy that I would not only recommend it but use it again. It was especially wonderful at this Target location with this particular associate. I don't know how I would have handled my furniture order without his helpful suggestions and assistance.
