I normally shop at the Montclair store, As it is close to home. But I had an appointment in Baldwin Park So decided to stop In West Covina But it was a huge disappointment and waste of time. I have always shopped In the department Macy's Woman But this store did not have such a department It was just tagged plus sizes. Nothing was racked by style or size and there were piles of clothing all over the floors under the racks and in the aisles. I felt like a second class citizen in this store. To have the "plus size section" shoved in the back corner. And in complete dissaaraaymade me decide that I will not make the mistake again of returning to West Covina Macy's. I have been in many thrift stores that are neater and much more organized than this mess. West Covina is not something Macy's can be proud of.

Everything is fine except for their bathrooms, they buy the cheapest low quality toilet paper they could find. I consider that a lack of respect for their customers.

... so, since Covid I've gone primarily to ONLINE shopping for most EVERYTHING, so, I haven't been to this location in person in about 5 years before Covid and before I got my new store account that I used today. I went in looking for a very specific perfume, that they were out of, so, I browsed other scents with the PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE of a CSR named Michelle. Michelle was super cute, informative and very helpful, so much so, that while helping me I spotted the Jo Malone counter, THAT made me light up!!! I found a scent that I really liked right away, not the one I initially desired to smell but, this one was even better. Michelle rang up my selections and made sure that all my STAR BUCKS were applied to my purchases and the gentleman at the JM counter wrapped my boxes like gifts, so very cute and gave me some great travel samples too. What a way to start shopping with my new account, nothing but TOTAL PROFESSIONAL CSRs. FIVE STARS!!!

Horrible selection. They use to have a great buyer but now it's gone downhill. I've been one time this year. Prior years I'd go a few times a month. Stuff is so crammed in the store it's difficult to walk around and nothing much to look at. Also, they have 100 small sizes and no larger sizes. When will they learn thin girls don't shop as often as larger girls. Ughhh
