I can't speak for their internet service which is probably reliable and fast but.... Your technicians need to be more careful, they disconnected my Comcast service and I didn't have it for about 2 days because I'm assuming they connected the wrong lines while setting up someone else's service. Wasted a whole lot of time trouble shooting with customer service and then having to wait for our technician to come fix the issue. So thank you that was super lame....

Astoundingly awful! Started with wave and was on for first few months with promotion, then they jacked my rate to $100 a month for Middle Range internet!! On top of that, has a cap and charged me $120 during December! Also, drops very frequently and takes a while to re boot back up. No thanks!

I used the main stream guys before and always had problems with slow downs and shows getting stuck at 20% and it would keep cycling. When we switched to Wave have not had any slow downs ever! We like there service because I have not had to spend 4 hrs a call to find out why my Internet is slow. Thank you WAVE for great service.

Pretty much as bad as it gets. The connection frequently drops in the middle of the day as it working, and I have a job that (during the pandemic) requires an internet connection. Have had multiple technicians out just to look at it, shrug, and say everything looks fine. Customer service often has wait times of more than 45 minutes, likely because their product is absolute trash. EDIT: To the person from Wave who replied - what are you going to do? There isn’t a price at which not having reliable internet service is going to be acceptable. And I’ve had multiple visits from technicians - there is no shortage of communication between me and Wave. Your service (or technology) is bad and that’s not going to change any time soon. Buyer beware.
