It must be a service dog because of the central a/c and food being made. Granted, they are not diligent in enforcing unless there is an inspection or complaint. Don't know the penalties if there is an issue.

I would suggest you call them to check, but as far as I know, dogs are not allowed.
If it is a service dog, not a problem but if it is a regular dog, then im not too sure.
