Close to 2 colleges, busy intersection and it's an in n out. They usually busy at most times of the day
Its hard to stay but my guess its the best burger place in the area. I also heard theres a night adult school nearby.Thursdays might be a school night
Besides this In-N-Out being located in a busy intersection it's also near industrial area.
It's hard answer that, probably for a swap meet near, a night adult school. Mire than that, it's hard to find and innout no crowded all the time...it says something about quality, taste, etc.
