The experience was great. All the employees were kind and helpful. I didn't feel pressured to making a purchase unlike other dealerships I've been to, to me that's a huge plus. My car got serviced like it was supposed to go that part was all gravy and dandy however the people I spoke with him in the first one at least it was very offputting I had questions but every time they do it to figure something out they just remain quiet and I had to keep asking questions oh I talk to people three different times leading up to this visit about a part that was ordered that never came with the car when I bought it and no one could answer me anything about that I was told that it would be given to me and installed in the car on my next service without charge however they try to charge me anyways in the end it worked out and I got it like I was supposed to end the service however they also left smudges and gross stuff on my window don’t know what that’s about but OK anyhow overall customer service is terrible and I guess that really depends on who they have help you the service itself was exactly what it supposed to be so that’s good. They don’t keep records of anything and when you need help nobody seems to know what you’re talking about when somebody assured you they would get it done and handled and sent to the other department their communication must be awful or they just don’t care after hanging up the phone

Moises was the best! Super helpful, super friendly, and super quick to process the sale. He showed us exactly what we asked for, a Hybrid. Then he gave us an appointment exactly when we asked for it. And finally, he made the process of getting us to the finance manager as quick and painless as possible. We're super busy people and Moises respected my wife's and my time. Yes it was open at 8:00am this morning and the Service department took Great Care of me and my 2016 Calorado Pick UP on my Warranty and replaced my windshield motor spray unit at no Charge it took about an hour & a half. Thank you La Puente Chevrolet Service Department.
