This place is a headache. Don't waste your time and try to buy a car from them. They have undisclosed "dealer accessories" they add to all new and used cars. None of this is reflected on their online prices. I've tried to purchase new Hyundais and a used vehicle from them. Each time it's the same headache. Southern California has so many Hyundai dealers. Save yourself the hassle and your hard earned money and contact one of them. There are many reportable and HONEST dealers out there. This place is the classic bait and switch. They bait you with a price online that appears reasonable. Then only after you have taken the bait and emailed them, called them or visited them, do you then find out about their add in pure profit. This is illegal. Other dealers reflect their markups or "accessories" in their online prices. They don't do that because they want to show a higher price as they are required to do by law. Again this place is shady. Check out my other reviews to see a few of them. I'm always optimistic when I see a vehicle they have at Al what appears to reasonable price. Then after I contact them I kick myself every time. And move on. You should too. Happy car hunting!

I had a great experience working with the sales team here at Puente Hills Hyundai. The building is under construction but the team definitely tries to make you feel at home. I ended up having to check out six or seven other dealerships for two weeks before I found this one and they were the best to work with throughout SoCal. Right now the market is extremely hard to find EV at the right price but they did their best to ensure I was taken care of and I found what I was looking for within my budget. Never did I feel pressured into buying something I didn’t need. Very honest and straight to the point and still make an effort to help me after the sale. This is a dealership I would definitely continue my business with just based off of the way they treat their customers.

The dealership fixed the problem on my vehicle. Before they fixed it, however, the mechanic did a quick examination on my car (while I stood there) and berated the way I took care of it. He exaggerated saying my break fluid was black and my air filter was dirty and full of leaves. He listed at least 4-5 issues. He then took me back to his desk and showed me horrible pictures of what he claimed my engined will look like if I don't fix the problem RIGHT AWAY. He pressured me to add all these other things to my service (up to an additional $1000)! I came in for one thing. I did not feel cared for. I felt harassed. I take good care of my vehicle, taking it in for regular service check ups (at my own mechanic). This is why I don't like going to dealerships! They try to take advantage of you and lie to get money. I am not the type of person to leave horrible reviews but my experience was not positive...

3 1/2 to 4. I believe I got a fair price. But they lost points when (after I purchased the car) they refused to follow me home with a courtesy van to bring me back to pick up the car I drove to the dealership with. I had to walk back (3mi) to pick up my rental car at the dealership.

Best thing to do is contact the sales person you signed the lease with; but having said that, it's been my experience when the lease is up you have to either turn the car in or purchase it.
