Hi Machael, The negative reviews have nothing to do with our work. We're being harrassed by a social media personality who's followers are driving down our ratings. They're also repeatedly calling our business and saying volgur things to our employees. Thank you for the questions!

Do you use vaccum HT or atmospheric / positive pressure?
