Best Buy in City of Industry was a pretty good experience. The lady greeting at the door was cool and showed me exactly where I needed to go. The gentleman who helped me with my pick up order had patience, I asked for a gift receipt for the items I picked up and it took some time because I asked for the gift receipts after the transaction had finished so that was my fault but the employee didn't give any attitude and asked his coworkers for assistance which both coworkers were cool enough to assist him with helping me. After all that was finished , the employee at the exit was kind enough to answer my question.

Gave me an old pair of AirPods. Checked serai number on AirPods and did not match the number on the receipt. I came twice and no one could help me out or even give a return. Second time I called the manager and the guy told me to call corporate. Called corporate and they said that they can only help with online orders. That manager guy then left and went to lunch and called another lady. Tbh that lady told us that it’s NOT their mistake and their not sure on their end. Like what?!!!! Went to apple. Turns out that the AirPods are FAKE!!! The lid was missing information and the serai numbers are completely different.

Very bad customer service, I saw a girl who was “helping” with apple products and when I looked at her and smiled she made an annoyed face and looked the other way, when I went to ask her for the product I needed she sighted and said “yeah sure…” when she went to grab my product she began a conversation with her coworker for about three minutes, I know It was only three minutes but she had my product on her hand why not just handle it to me, then keep going with her convo?? I guess that’s her way of showing “dominance”. She was all smiley with her coworker but then she looked at me and it seemed like she wanted to roll her eyes at me, didn’t even say “here” just handed me the product and walked away, in front of me extremely slow…Very rude and ugly person, inside and out. Very bad customer service.
