Yes they do. It is adjacent to the main entrance.
I imagine you know the answer is yes now! If you look at a couple pictures WAY towards the end of all the pictures for the tavern you can see an area to the right of the entrance enclosed with some large wooden planter boxes. There are some tables and umbrellas in that area. It's on the side walk right next to the parking lot. Not a great view but if you want to eat outside it fits the bill!
