I will say yes. There is a jogger and bike trail. Public bathroom as well. I will suggest staying close to the park road edge. Sometimes u can have speeder going through. Park does a got job but some idiots get pass. Beautiful and peaceful park. I have not been over a year but I still ride through for nature scenic.
Yes your child stroller is accessible people take there children with them to jogg often!
