Not acknowledged at the speaker pulled around to the window to see two cars working out what sounded like a party. The woman in the windows said I had to return to the speaker so I told her nobody acknowledged me. She said, “maybe they didn’t hear you,” to laughter from the people (workers) dining (the dining room was closed). Based on this and the overt hostility in Cleveland, I opted to skip it. I don’t trust I wouldn’t get floor scum in my food. Thanks.

Depending on the day how well the service will be. Miss order items and to tried to drive back. Try to check but line so long you just want leave.

Highly upset with this location. Rude service, all cause I asked if they can fix my order that they made wrong, than when I got my order again half of my food was spilled in the bag. This is a decent location but as far as the employees yall need some retraining on your customer service skills

In line forever on tuesday specials i been sitting still far too long seems like they would prepare for tusdays. The one on Carnegie is best and the wait is short i should have gone there. Im waiting my whole lunch break in line for a special.
