The staff is friendly all while they are getting your money this is not a place for families or people who are not in the streets making money they support street walkers and have crack pipes in most rooms drawer. They have people on drugs cleaning the rooms the owner call her a maid and she does steal of course and the only reason any of the euclid ave motels are open because they collect illegal money. I dont even know how any of these motels are open maybe because that side of cleveland and east cleveland is not cared for they should be shut down and they call black people the n word here. if you notice its so many street walkers in that area. They talk to people rude when they feel like it then ready to call 911 on you when give the same energy back. GET THEM OUT OF HERE AND TAKE THAT PART OF CLEVELAND BACK. IF YALL EVER FIX UP EAST CLEVELAND OR CARE ABOUT IT GET THEM OUT HERE ATLEAST COME OVER AND CONTRIBUTE TO SOMETHING GOOD.

Terrible, small, wasn't clean, dirty ashtray cigarette butt on floor. I believe there were bed bugs or something cause the next day I had itchy bites all over!

Diz place be better dan da Hampton Inn. It only be 35 benjis too. I am allowed lots of visitors here too as long as I keep it on da DL.

Terrible rooms are muggy. Only 1 staff member is friendly old man on night shift is a creep he's very nosey just sits outside and stares at you he creeps pass your room and listens. and last but not least the old lady in the morning comes and bangs on your door at 10:30 am screaming check out even tho check out is at 11::00. She even opens your door without permission.
