Marshall is such a good guy. Very helpful and explains everything in detail even down to delivery instructions and explaining the stove I bought on the phone. He gave me a couple options and did not try to oversell me as he started with the cheapest one first. He reminds me of the old-fashioned honest businessmen and I have bought applicances from bin sight unseen and there have been not problems with them so far.
