What’s the deal with Best Buy in Douglasville? They NEVER answer the phone. I tried 3 times. Different days. Waited 20 minutes each time. Hung up. Forget them I will shop somewhere else.

Douglasville store used to be one of the most responsive well staffed stores in the area but since they've had cutbacks and have to deal with online sales store sales have dropped therefore they have lowered the number of employees very sad.
