Great customer service from Jonathan G. He really helped alot when i was sold 2 devices that were incompatible and he graciously exchanged it for me, No problem and when the item that it was exchanged for didn’t work , he made my day by exchanging the non-working items for a brand new system. Would recommend him to friends/family.

We should be able to give half or no stars!!! 2 times my order have been cancelled. 1st time they said an email was sent. I go back and reorder and they tell me I will get a text instead of an email. I say great! I get a text saying they will text me and my order is confirmed. They next text I got was that it was cancelled. Where was the text saying that it was ready for pick up??

Stopped by to buy something simple as a camera. I wasn't even trusted to take the camera up to the cash register to purchase. The employee never gave me the camera to look at it to make sure of the purchase. I would at least think I would be trusted as a customer if I'm coming to your store to make a purchase. Convenience should be priority not let's chit chat and verify the customer before purchase.

worst customer service ever. Manager acts as if she doesn't care. Staff is slow and doesn't seem to know what's going on! General Manager doesn't want to help customers or even communicate with them .They sent my pc to another address in another state by mistake!!!!! I haven't heard from the general manager yet!!!!Do yourself a favor and go to another location if you need geek squad repairs!

They have that Geek Squad service, it's pretty expensive but they do offer the service

Customers and employees have to wear a mask. The cashier explained the staff are temperature checked each day before starting their shift.

Douglasville store used to be one of the most responsive well staffed stores in the area but since they've had cutbacks and have to deal with online sales store sales have dropped therefore they have lowered the number of employees very sad.
