I always have a good experience at this Kroger, but today was especially special. I have really bad social anxiety so I usually use self check out. Today I had to get A LOT of WIC for my children. As you can imagine I always dread using WIC because it takes so long to ring up at the cash register. I love this store because WIC is always clearly labeled and makes shopping easier. When I got to the register I was greeted by Kenya and bagged by Donna and CJ. To say this was the most amazing shopping experience is an understatement. Kenya was so quick cashing my vouchers. Especially the formula. She even let me run back when I forgot something on one of my vouchers. She also educated me on what I could and could not get. I don't usually like to conversate in line but they were so easy to talk to! They all made me feel so comfortable being there. I will absolutely be back to shop at Kroger and I will look for Kenya, Donna, and CJ the next time I need to get WIC. Job well done! They deserve a raise!

I have never had a negative experience at this Kroger. They always have what I am looking for and the customer service is good. The staff is friendly and the store is generally in order and clean. They also have a lot of self-checkout, which is great because I don't have to wait in line to complete my purchase.

Store has a sticker next to front doors that states hours are 6 AM - 11 PM. Arrived at 10:50 PM to do a very quick pick Instacart order, 4 store associates and "guard" would not listen to reasoning at all. Cash register still clearly up, cashier just smiling, telling us they're closed and that there was no manager to speak to. There definitely was some kind of manager there, just didn't want to deal with the issue at hand. Now they are messing with my money because they wanted to close early.

I'm confused why this Kroger is nasty and not the one I shop at. Also they don't have the same variety of products. The bananas were even 55 and not 49. No Mahi Mahi or fresh salmon. Just sloppy.
