Is the Kroger on Hospital Drive in Douglasville closing? Their pharmacy is terrible - out of medications, poor customer service and extremely slow.

No there not closing.

Certainly behaving like they are going out of business. The rift raff in the parking lot does not help.

WOW, I don't know anything about it closing but you are certainly correct about the Pharmacy. I have been debating on whether or not I use transfer my Scripts elsewhere because the service is very poor to say the least and no one there even seems remotely concerned. The line is always long and it's usually only one person ringing up the scripts and to top it all off the clerk ringing up the customers have zero personality. Not so much as a hello how are you, and thanks for your patience and understanding of the long wait. Next, as if you're going to a Pain Clinic to pay this establishment to treat you like you're just another number.
