Something needs to be done with the inefficiency in the pharmacy. I have noted to my fellow line standers on many occasions “ you have to be healthy to stand in this line”. I have complained to their online survey on many occasions, with no response. You have to love Kroger in order to use their pharmacy.

Don't rely on others to provide information for you. Sometimes it takes more effort on our part and during the process a cool head and better attitude always yield positive results.
