Hotel was clean, roomy, and had really comfortable beds. No trouble getting extra towels.I left an expensive jacket after traveling nonstop for days on lack of sleep and someone actually turned it in and the staff was super accommodating about getting it back! Nice people and very trustworthy place to stay.

Hotel over charged us and then charged my card another amount after we were already checked out! Have left messages for the manager but has not returned our phone calls. Payed for a queen bed and was given a full. Would not recommend this hotel.

I and my guests had a very good time during my overnight stay. It was my birthday and we were celebrating with a pajama party. I made the mistake of leaving my carry case in the bathroom with all of my personals in it. And the sweet lady at the front desk went and secured it for me. If I had to stay there again I would do it no matter what the cost. It's a great place atmosphere is easy and the food's not too bad either.

So, customer service was great!! And the rooms were pretty clean except there is some type of roach infestation. I lodged at the hotel for 4 days and for 3 days I seen a roach (baby, adolescent, to fully grown) but it’s not like they’re everywhere so I’ve must’ve caught the downwind of the problem or it’s just beginning.
