Do you have maps of the trails? I was lost with my wife on the trail and we spent 2 hours to get out on the Golf Club next to Arboretum with the gate closed to the Arboretum. Had to walk 2 miles on highway around to come back on the Parking lot.

There r maps at main building. When ever walking in woods with no map pay attention to which side of body sun is on to get back make sure sun is primarily on opposite side . No what direction sun rises and sets

You are not alone. So many people are lost in the Planting Fields. Myself included. They should post it on their website or on Instagram, that maps are available in the main building. But even better have maps at the parking lot area. I was recently there with my elderly mom on a hot day, lost, asked other people, (tourists), also lost, how to get somewhere that was right we're we were and we didn't know. Those people found a map and were so so nice to find and bring us a map. I've been there many times and still get lost. I can't imagine how the tourists get around. Very frustrating and a waist of time.. PUT MAPS BY THE PARKING LOT 👏🙂
