No only are dogs not allowed, but in the 7 years of me going there, I have never seen a dog. Now of course if you have a pocket or toy dog that you always carry, no one will most likely say anything.

No, unless you have a documented service dog, then it would be ok.
Yes pets are allowed in certain central areas but some of the wooded trails say no pets allowed
I'm not sure...you would need to call...they had a dog show yesterday..but I have never seen anyone with a dog walking around the park
