O2 accepts Silver Sneakers at all locations. Some locales have more classes exclusively for seniors, but all classes encourage a wide range of abilities with options not judgments.
They have only one silver sneakers class now. Several were dropped due to poor attendance. Only have yoga now at 8:30 Wednesday mornings. O2 in Fuquay-Varina has many more.
