yikes. wife used them to change oil in our Q7 yesterday. Today I noticed the whole engine cover hanging down on the ground. Wasnt put back on and when I try to even call the phone number get a message No One is Available to take my call and it disconnects? hopefully someone will see this and reach out.

Love Valvoline. Wish there were more this area, it’s a bit of a drive but once there, the service was efficient and friendly and we were on our way in no time. I love that you can drive through for free in between oil changes and get all your fluid topped up & new tire air. Wish there were more in this area.

The best experience I have had in along time at any service shop. Kind and fast. Made me feel like I was the only car in town. Took the time to look things over. Not pushy or trying to rush, but still in and out in no time.

Stay away from this place if you want to avoid expensive costs !! They messed up my transmission when changing the fluid. They didn’t want to take responsibility for it, refunded me and washed their hands. Now I have to go find a special transmission place that can take me asap (car is not really drivable) to fix what they broke. Seriously, not worth going to even do an oil change. The staff is very young and they don’t know what they are doing!!
