My phone stopped charging so I was a bit frustrated when entered the store. That feeling quickly went away when I was greeted with such excellent customer service by Joey. He explained what might be wrong with my phone then when that didn't work he answered all of my questions about getting a new phone. He was very kind and knowledgeable with every question I asked. Joey definitely was the epitome of excellent customer service and I greatly appreciated it.

i have been with spectrum since 2019 and with mobile since 2020 however with this new deal for unlimited 29.99 monthly I called to get that deal as it says it is for 2+ lines and i have THREE they would not give it to me said i needed more lines :/ With all these other cell phone companies offering better deals I should go somewhere else
